This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of ScriptMotion's AI video generation platform. We are committed to ensuring our technology is used responsibly and ethically.

Prohibited Content

You may not use ScriptMotion to generate content that:

• Is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction
• Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Is designed to harass, bully, or intimidate individuals
• Constitutes non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains misleading information intended to deceive voters or manipulate elections
• Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated substances
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract models from the Service
• Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download generated content
• Sharing account credentials or reselling access to the Service
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or credit restrictions
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure

AI Avatar Responsibility

When generating AI avatars, you must not create likenesses of real individuals without their explicit consent. Custom avatars should not be designed to impersonate specific public figures, celebrities, or private individuals.

Disclosure Requirements

We encourage transparent use of AI-generated content. Where required by law or platform policies, you should disclose that video content was generated using AI technology.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
