1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ScriptMotion (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ScriptMotion is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create video content using multiple AI models, guided workflows, and brand management tools. The Service includes video generation, client review features, brand kit management, and export capabilities.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is available under various subscription plans with credit-based billing. Credits are consumed when generating video content. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (scripts, images, brand assets). You grant ScriptMotion a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service. Video content generated by the Service is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. ScriptMotion may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
