We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email, organization), content you upload (scripts, images, brand assets), and billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

We automatically collect usage data: pages visited, features used, video generation metadata, device information, and IP address.

  • Providing and improving the Service
  • Processing video generation requests via AI model providers
  • Managing your account and subscription
  • Sending service-related communications
  • Analyzing usage patterns to improve the product
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We share data with third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), AI model providers (Google, OpenAI, Runway, Kling AI) for video generation, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content you provide (scripts, images, prompts) is sent to AI model providers for processing. These providers may have their own data handling policies. We do not use your content to train our own models. Generated videos are stored in your account and are not shared with other users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Generated content and uploads are permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. See our Security page for details.

7. Your Rights
